LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - If you love the Farmers Market, you'll love this this. Starting in 2014, the market could be open year-round.

Market master Erin Nelson said market officials are working with the Tippecanoe County Fairgrounds to house the market. Nelson said if all goes well, the market will be open 11 months out of the year, taking January off.

Officials are still working on final plans for the market. The last mini-market of the year was held Saturday, Dec. 1.
