WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - Purdue's Delta Chi fraternity has been placed on probation.

Last September, the fraternity was found to have served alcohol to minors at a registered event.

A review by the university and Interfraternity Council results in the fraternity being on probation until Dec. 14.

During the probation, Delta Chi may not serve alcohol during any functions and members must complete alcohol education programs.
