LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - A deal to finalize the sale of Market Square in Lafayette may be coming soon.
According to a vendor within the Square, the deal is supposed to be wrapped up on Nov. 23.
Bidding closed about three weeks ago, but so far a top bidder has not been named.
The shopping center went up for auction in early September after the former owner, Midwest Commercial Investments, defaulted on its mortgage.
