LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - Day two of testimony wrapped up in the case of 22-year-old Kevin Williams.

Williams is charged with five felonies including murder and robbery. He's one of three suspects accused in the murder of 26-year-old Clarence Smith in July of 2011.

Investigators said Williams, along with Michael Foster and Dartanyan Porche, planned to rob Smith during a gun deal.

When Smith didn't cooperate, authorities said he was shot and killed.

Foster plead guilty to murder in March.

Porche was found guilty of murder and conspiracy to commit robbery. He was sentenced to 55 years in prison.

Wednesday in court, detectives and a crime scene technician took the stand.

Testimony is scheduled to continue Thursday morning at the Tippecanoe County Courthouse.
