Crews stop anhydrous leak in White County

WHITE COUNTY, Ind. (WLFI) - White County Sheriff’s dispatchers say there was an anhydrous leak at a location near Burnettsville, Ind.

Dispatchers say a call came in reporting the leak around 9 Thursday morning.

Crews located the leak near White County Road 1300 East and had stopped the leak by roughly 9:25 a.m.

Meanwhile down the road at Eastlawn Elementary School, 47 S. County Road 1300 East, everyone was on lockdown until roughly 10:30 a.m.

Eastlawn Elementary Principal Karla Cronk says although the lockdown has ended, students will stay inside for recess Thursday.
