WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - Frontier Communications crews say they’re finished restoring service that was cut by a road contractor earlier this month, but a spokesman is asking customers who might still be having problems to report them.

A road crew dug up 200 feet of fiber optic cable along Cumberland Avenue in West Lafayette 12 days ago, cutting landline and internet service to thousands of residents and businesses.

Frontier Communications General Manager Dave Sorg says crews believe they finished restoring service today.

But, if anyone is still having problems with landline phone or internet service, Sorg is asking them to call Frontier's Repair number at 800-921-8101.
