Crash on Creasy sends one to the hospital

LAFAYETTE, ind. (WLFI) - A person was sent to the hospital after a car was hit by a pickup truck Tuesday evening.

It all happened around 9:20 p.m. on Creasy Lane near Hobby Lobby and Camille's Sidewalk Cafe.
    
Lafayette police said when the driver of the car tried to make a left turn from Creasy, the car was T-boned by the truck heading south.
    
The driver of the car was unconscious when emergency crews arrived at the scene and taken to Franciscan St. Elizabeth East with unknown injuries.
    
The driver of the pickup was checked out by medical personnel and cleared at the scene.
    
All traffic lanes were closed for about 20 minutes while crews cleared the scene.
    
The crash remains under investigation.
