WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - A crash took down power lines in West Lafayette early Thursday morning.
It happened on Morehouse Road just off Calvary Court before 5:00 a.m.
A car ran into a telephone and knocked it over.
There was woman driving the car and a small girl riding with her.
The woman was taken to an area hospital with minor injuries. The child was unharmed.
Crews say only one home was affected by the downed power lines.
They expect repairs to be complete later on Thursday.
