BENTON COUNTY, Ind. (WLFI) - Area counties are downgrading travel advisories as crews clear roads.

Benton County Emergency Management Director John Fields says Benton County has been downgraded from a level two to a level three travel advisory.

Tippecanoe County Emergency Management Director Mark Kirby says Tippecanoe County has also been downgraded from a level two to a level three travel advisory.

A level three travel advisory means there aren't any limitations on drivers, but drivers should still use caution.

Fields says most of the roads in Benton County are clear.

Kirby says the County Highway Department will begin to plow subdivisions Sunday. He suggests people move their cars from the streets so that the plows can get through.
