LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - Wet conditions and speed led to a rollover wreck Friday afternoon in Lafayette.

Crews on the scene say it happened at 12:18 p.m. on State Road 26 and Creasy Lane.

Investigators say the driver of a Chevy Blazer gassed her car too fast through the traffic light and her car hydroplaned.

The car fishtailed and then hit the curb, rolling over in the grass ditch by Lowe’s.

News 18’s crew on the scene spoke to the female driver, who said her car rolled twice and came to a stop, at which point she unbuckled her seatbelt and got out of the car with no injuries.
