Cool attractions bring people to the second annual Health and …

CARROLL COUNTY, Ind. (WLFI) - County Commissioner Pat Clawson and Sheriff Tony Burns advise Carroll County be placed under a burn ban until further notice.
Open fires of any type are prohibited until further notice.
Carroll County Emergency Management Director Dave McDowell said wherever there is a violation of state or local laws, fines will be issued.
