WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - Two cars are toast and crews have some work cut out for them after a bunch of bricks toppled from the side of this building in West Lafayette.

Crews tell News 18 that Friday afternoon, the brick face of this building was not properly attached, and it fell off. It's near Parkway Apartments in West Lafayette.

The bricks totaled two cars sitting below in the parking lot.

KJG Engineering inspected it and gave News 18 information.

The building's property manager said the company's insurance will pay for the two cars the falling bricks destroyed, and it will also supply rental cars for those drivers.

There were no injuries.
