MONTICELLO, Ind. (WLFI) - Patriotism took to the water in Monticello.
Hundreds attended the Patriotic Boat Parade on Lake Shafer, honoring members of the military.
For the fourth year in a row, the theme was "Proud to be American."
Parade boats got an American makeover, and many people were decked out in costumes ranging from superheroes to former presidents.
The "Madam Carroll" led the parade, carrying over 400 members of the military and their families.
