LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - Big Times Barbeque in Lafayette hosted its second annual bike and car cruise in Saturday evening. All of the proceeds raised will benefit the Alzheimer's Association.
The event included great food, a car and bike show, and some live entertainment. Event organizer Michael Stevens said he holds the event in honor of his father, who passed away with Alzheimer's Disease.
Stevens said he hopes they can continue the event for years to come.
"We hope to be around for the third annual," said Stevens. "Hopefully we can make it bigger and better and find a cure and awareness for Alzheimer's."
The event began at 4:00 Saturday afternoon and lasted until 9:00 Saturday evening.
