TIPPECANOE COUNTY, Ind. (WLFI) - A man almost crashed into a building Wednesday evening and deputies say alcohol may be to blame.
45-year-old Michael Foster of Battle Ground was driving on Conservation Club Road around 7 p.m. when Tippecanoe County Sheriff's Deputies said witnesses saw Foster veer off the road and nearly hit Brenneco Plumbing. A tree stopped his truck from colliding with the building.
Deputies said alcohol may have been a factor. Foster was taken to the hospital with complaints of pains from a previous spinal injury.
The crash is still under investigation.
