BATTLE GROUND, Ind. (WLFI) - Twilight lovers spent Saturday evening with the wolves at Wolf Park, where a special Howl Night celebrated the upcoming movie "New Moon."
Those who attended learned all about wolves and how they're different from the wolves on the big screen.
"A lot of people still have this prejudiced thought that wild wolves are just vicious and will kill for the sake of killing," said Shannon Smith.
"They are very elegant animals and very smart animals," said Kendra Castillo.
"They are very social animals as well. It's kind of sad that
people treat them as if they were monsters or cold blooded
killers," said Novem Auyeung.
