The student health center will begin offering the vaccinations to all the University's faculty, staff, retirees, students, and their spouses beginning Monday, December 21st.

The clinic will be open on weekdays from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. in room G43 of the student health center.  There is no charge for students.  They will, however, need their Purdue identification cards.  Employees, will need to show their Purdue-sponsored insurance card to cover the $12.00 fee.

The clinic will be closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.
