LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - The former Pay Less property on Elmwood Avenue in Lafayette has a new tenant.
Indianapolis-based Keystone Group purchased the 8.8 acre property and signed an 18-year lease purchase agreement with New Community School.
Keystone will be constructing classrooms and offices this fall.
The former CVS space will be used as a recreation and meeting facility until the gym is complete.
The charter school hopes to move in next July.
A groundbreaking ceremony is being planned and will be announced soon.
