Correctional Officer arrested for drugs

Carlisle, Ind. (WTHI) - A Correctional Officer has been arrested at the Wabash Valley Correctional Facility on drug and related charges.
Jon Dobbins,37, faces preliminary charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance (Class B Felony), Trafficking (Class C Felony), and three Class A Misdemeanors: Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Resisting Law Enforcement and Battery.
The Sullivan County resident is held with a $57,000 bond.
Correctional Police Officers are continuing their investigation to be submitted to the Sullivan County Prosecutor.
Officer Dobbins has been suspended.
