LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - A visitor to Stonecrest Apartments was jumped and robbed Friday morning.

Lafayette Police were called to the scene of a robbery at Stonecrest Apartments, located in the 1900 Block of Union Street.

According to police, a visitor to the apartment complex was ambushed by an unknown suspect and robbed of money.

The suspect left the location on foot.

At this time, police have made no arrests and have no information on the suspect.
