Two drug arrests made in Frankfort

FRANKFORT, Ind. (WLFI) - The Frankfort Police have made two felony drug arrests following a four-month investigation.

Police said additional arrests are possible.

The arrests were made at 2:35 p.m. on Thursday to stop alleged sales of controlled substances, cocaine, and marijuana from a residence at 1008 S. Columbia Street.

The arrestees, both residents of this address, were 26-year-old James W. Spaulding and 21-year-old Natasha Maxwell.

Both Maxwell and Spaulding were charged with dealing in a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, dealing in marijuana, dealing in cocaine, and maintaining a common nuisiance, all felony charges.

Spaulding and Maxwell are scheduled to appear in the Clinton County court today at 1:30 p.m.
