FULTON COUNTY, Ind. (WLFI) - Authorities received a 911 call just after 7:00 p.m. Tuesday about a possible murder on West Olson Road in rural Rochester, Indiana. Troopers from Indiana State Police and deputies from the Fulton County Sheriff's Office responded to the scene.

Investigators said an 81-year-old woman was found dead inside the home where she lived with her daughter and son-in-law. Autopsy results show Wilma Upsall died from a gunshot wound. Indiana State Police said the home had signs of forced entry, but it remains unclear if anything was taken.

Troopers attempted to stop on a Chevrolet El Camino near the town of Monterey, Indiana Wednesday night. The occupants of the car were wanted for questioning about Upsall's murder. The driver refused to stop and a 10 -minute chase followed. The El Camino eventually crashed on State Road 117 north of State Road 110.

The driver and two passengers tried to run away. Two of them, the driver and one of the passengers were eventually located following an overnight manhunt. 34-year-old Jason Miller of Plymouth, and 25-year-old Williams Scroggs of Delong, were taken to the Fulton County Jail. They are being held without bond and are facing charges of murder, burlgary and robbery.

The third suspect, identified as 24-year-old Roy Bell of Rochester, remains at large at last check. Indiana State Police said he may be armed and should be considered dangerous.

This is an ongoing investigation. Anyone with information about this case, or Bell's whereabouts, is encouraged to call the Indiana State Police Peru Post at 1-800-382-0689 (inside Indiana) or 765-473-6666.
