Investigators say seven people were detained on the scene of the meth lab raid, which happened at 10:30 p.m. Saturday at 1533 N. 17th St. in Lafayette.
But, investigators say only three of those seven people were actually arrested and charged.
Those people’s names, ages and charges are as follows:
32-year-old Robert Evans was charged with possession of meth within 1,000 feet of a school, manufacturing meth within 1,000 feet of a school, and possession of precursors.
32-year-old Pamela Smith was charged with possession of meth within 1,000 feet of a school, manufacturing meth within 1,000 feet of a school, and maintaining a common nuisance.

The other four detained were in the home at the time of the raid, but were not aware that the other three were making meth in the basement and were released.
