TIPPECANOE COUNTY, Ind. (WLFI) - A Lafayette teenager was sentenced to prison time and probation after prosecutors said he broke into several homes last year.
Tippecanoe County Prosecutor Pat Harrington said Aaron Butler, 18, was sentenced 10 years in prison, four years in community corrections, and six years of probation after pleading guilty to four counts of burglary.
Harrington said last April, Butler and other defendants broke into five homes and stole electronics, sports memorabilia, guns and sabers.
