WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - A sixth teenager has been arrested in connection with three robberies that occurred during a four-day span near Purdue.

18-year-old Julius Q. Armstead of Lafayette was arrested Monday and charged with multiple felonies, including robbery causing bodily injury and theft.

Police say on three separate days in October, a total of five people were attacked from behind and robbed while walking near campus.

Last week News 18 reported that police arrested 18-year-olds Walter Jones, Marquesse Estrada and Jalin Gordon, along with 17-year-old Claude Moore and 19-year-old Kayla Lee for the crimes as well.

Purdue Police Chief John Cox said surveillance footage helped officers track down the suspects. He said unless police find new information, Armstead will be the last suspect arrested.
