COVINGTON, Ind. (WLFI) - A Fountain County man accused of molesting and videotaping children will NOT have a jury trial.

Fountain County Prosecutor Terry Martin said 32-year-old Stephen Quick waived his right to a jury trial at a hearing Tuesday morning.

Instead, Quick will have a bench trial in Covington on March 30.

Fountain Circuit Court Judge Susan Orr Henderson will preside over the trial.

Quick's girlfriend and co-defendant in the case, Samantha Light, was sentenced by Henderson in December to 125 years in prison.
