COVINGTON, Ind. (WLFI) - Fountain County Police are looking for a man who robbed a bank in Covington this morning.
Chief Deputy Dana Jeffries said the man walked into the Main Source Bank on Liberty Street just before 10:00 a.m. and showed a large dark handgun. According to a release from the Indiana State Police, the suspect produced a bag and instructed employees to place money in the bag. Police stated that he then absconded with an undisclosed amount of currency.
Jeffries believes the robber then left on foot and got into a vehicle a few blocks away.

Police said no employees were injured in the course of this robbery.
