LAFAYETTE, Ind. - Lafayette police tracked down two suspects in an armed robbery Sunday.
Police say a man approached an officer outside the police department Sunday afternoon and said he had been a victim of a strong-arm robbery.
The victim reported he had been battered by two white male suspects.
He said they had taken cash from him.
Officers found the robbery suspects near the intersection of N. 13th Street and Columbia Street.
Timothy Budde and Christopher Wilson were incarcerated for robbery and theft. Police also recovered the cash allegedly stolen in the robbery.
