Around 3:30 a.m., the CVS pharmacy in West Lafayette was robbed by two white men in their early 20s, according to Detective Troy Harris with the West Lafayette Police Department.

Harris said the two were in and out of the store in about five minutes. He said they held up an employee at gunpoint and got away with prescription drugs. The employee was not hurt during the ordeal.

The two men were wearing ski masks and gloves. One of them was dressed in all dark clothing. The other was wearing an orange fleece. The two got away on foot.

At this point, Det. Harris said he does not believe the armed robbery in West Lafayette is connected to the other three incidents. However, he added investigators will be in communication with LPD and authorities in Clinton County.
