Miami County officials investigate Peru man arrested in Miss. for child exploitation, rape

MIAMI COUNTY, Ind. (WLFI) - The Miami County Sheriff's Office is investigating a Peru man after receiving information he had been arrested in Mississippi on rape charges.
According to Sheriff Tim Miller, Bob Worth was arrested in Harrison County, Miss., for child exploitation and rape.
Miller says Worth has since bonded out and has returned to Miami County, Ind.
Worth is the director of "Sound Vision Indiana" and has suspended the group after lack of participation in the all-ages band.
Miller says the investigation is ongoing and officials have not received any information yet that he has violated any children here in Indiana.
Worth's court date in Mississippi is set for June 10.
