GREENSBURG, Ind. (AP) - A judge has set a new trial date for a southeastern Indiana woman charged with murder and arson in connection with a 1995 fire that killed her 3-year-old son.

The new trial for 38-year-old Kristine Bunch of Greensburg is scheduled to begin March 18, 2013. That would be about one year after the Indiana Court of Appeals granted her a new trial after finding the evidence used to convict her was outdated, weak and wrongly withheld from the defense.

She was freed on $5,000 cash bail last month after spending 16 years behind bars.

The 1995 fire destroyed her mobile home and killed her son Tony.
