LOGANSPORT, Ind. (WLFI) - A man who robbed a Logansport bar has been sentenced to 18 years in prison.
Vonny Craw of Albany robbed Shooters Bar and Grill at gunpoint in December of 2010. Cass County prosecutors said Craw was sentenced to 16 years in the Indiana Department of Corrections for armed robbery.
Lisa Swaim said he robbed the bar and fled to a motel where he claimed to have a hostage and a rifle. The SWAT team was called and eventually fired tear gas into Craw's motel room.
When he was caught, he had a stolen vehicle with him. He was sentenced to two additional years for receiving stolen property.
