LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - A Frankfort man was sentenced to two decades in prison for dealing methamphetamine.
Tippecanoe County Prosecutor Pat Harrington said Pedro Villarreal, 34, was sentenced to 20 years in prison and five years suspended after he pleaded guilty to dealing meth and conspiracy to commit dealing meth.
In April of 2012, News 18 reported a police officer checking the area around the Knights Inn Motel in Lafayette noticed a door opening and closing but no one leaving the motel room. Inside, investigators eventually found an active meth lab.
