Man convicted of child seduction will not serve jail time

A former Twin Lakes High School wrestling coach and middle school teacher will not serve jail time after being convicted of child seduction.

According to paperwork filed in White County Superior Court, a plea bargain was accepted for 27-year-old Scott Hardy.

Hardy will serve 270 days work release and 275 days of house arrest.

Hardy will then be placed on probation for two years.

In November of 2010, Hardy pleaded guilty to child seduction after admitting to having sex with a 16-year-old Twin Lakes student.
