LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - A Lafayette man is facing drug possession and child neglect charges.
According to court documents, police and Child Protective Services checked on the home of John Lusebrink and Erin Stillions-Emrich on Monday.
One officer described the home as "unliveable," according to those documents.
According to the documents, the officer stated that the bedroom contained several baggies and exposed needles, and that one syringe had a brownish liquid that tested positive for heroin.
Lusebrink was charged with possession of a narcotic, possession of syringe, maintaining a common nuisance and neglect of a dependent: all felonies.
