Man arrested for following woman, exposing himself

LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - A man is behind bars Thursday after allegedly exposing himself to a woman overnight.
Lafayette Police said 31-year-old Herbert Dekalb faces charges of public intoxication and public indecency.
According to police, a woman walking along 4th Street around 1:00 Thursday morning noticed she was being followed and, when she turned around, she saw Dekalb exposing himself.
She contacted police who tracked him down a couple of blocks away.
He is in the Tippecanoe County Jail.
