INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - An Indianapolis metro police bomb squad has detonated two homemade bombs found at a home after authorities served a search warrant for stolen property there.
The Indianapolis Star reports the bomb squad was called in Tuesday after federal marshals and Mooresville police serving the warrant found the bombs in a shed at the home on the Indianapolis southwest side.
Mooresville police Detective Chad Richhart says one of the explosions blew down part of a fence.
Police say three people at the home cooperated with officers. They haven't been arrested.
Police didn't find the stolen items they were looking for.
