VERSAILLES, Ind. (AP) - Southeastern Indiana authorities are preparing to release more information on the arrests of an Ohio woman and two teenagers in an Indiana woman's killing.
Indiana State Police and Ripley County Prosecutor Richard Hertel scheduled a Monday afternoon news conference in Versailles to discuss Saturday's arrests of 22-year-old Allison Moore and two 16-year-old boys.
The trio is from Colerain Township, adjacent Cincinnati.
State Police spokesman Sgt. Noel Houze tells the Palladium-Item the three allegedly decided at random to break into 68-year-old Nancy Hershman's Milan home Dec. 30. He says Hershman was fatally shot during a confrontation.
Moore is being held at a jail in Cincinnati on a preliminary murder charge. The two males are in juvenile detention in Cincinnati on juvenile charges in connection with the murder.
