INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department says an arrest has been made for the January murder of 22-year-old Reginal Ball.

On February 26, US Marshals in Dolton, Ill. arrested 22-year-old Taevon Spivey, AKA "Boodini."

Spivey was transported back to Indianapolis on March 1. He is currently being held in the Marion County Jail where he is waiting a trial date. Spivey is facing charges of murder, use of a firearm by a serious violent felon, and carrying a handgun without a license.

Officials say Ball was found suffering from gunshot wounds in the 4100 block of Edgemere Court. He was taken to Wishard Memorial Hospital in critical condition where he later died.
