GARY, Ind. (AP) - A Gary man faces federal child pornography charges after at least three pornographic videos involving children were allegedly found on his laptop computer.
Thirty-nine-year-old Christopher M. Bour has been charged with receiving child pornography.
The Times of Munster reports court documents state that Bour had been communicating with a woman and allegedly sent her texts saying he was going to have sex with a toddler.
The woman told the FBI about the texts, which Bour later told officials were part of a fantasy and role-playing.
Court documents state that Bour told officials he started watching child pornography two years ago and estimates he has downloaded less than 100 videos.
