LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - Lafayette Police are asking for your help to find a suspect in a forgery case.

26-year-old Nicholas Burroughs is the subject of this week's Fugitive Search. Burroughs is 5'10" and weighs 180 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes.

According to Lafayette Police, Burroughs was identified as a suspect in a forged check case last year, for allegedly stealing checks from the Blue Fin Bistro. Burroughs has been charged with three felony counts of forgery and three felony counts of fraud, and a warrant was issued for his arrest earlier this month.

If you have any information about Burroughs' whereabouts, you're asked to call Lafayette Police at 807-1200, or the anonymous We-Tip hotline at 1-800-78-CRIME.
