Fugitive behind bars after 3 years

LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - After three years, a fugitive is back behind bars in Lafayette.
Richard Fuller was the focus of a NewsChannel 18 Fugitive Search back in 2009 in connection with a March 2006 shooting.
He was charged with criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon and also faces an escape charge in Tippecanoe County
Fuller was extradited back to Indiana from Polk County, Florida, arriving at the Tippecanoe County jail Tuesday morning.
