FOWLER, Ind. (WLFI) - A Fowler couple faces possible felony charges for allegedly making methamphetamine near a church and child day care center.

Fowler Police Chief Dennis Rice said 34-year-old Carrie Ann Randolph and 31-year-old Nicholas Ray Randolph were arrested late Friday afternoon, after police served a search warrant on the Randolphs' home and found several items used to make meth inside.

Police said a child was removed from the home and is in the custody of the Indiana Department of Child Services.

The Randolphs face preliminary charges of manufacturing methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a child learning center, maintaining a common nuisance, and neglect of a dependent.
