INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - Federal prosecutors say an Indianapolis man posed as a young woman during video chats and tricked boys into exposing themselves online.
Court documents allege 59-year-old William C. Zeller Jr. looped video of a female while he typed instructions to the boys. A detention hearing for Zeller was set for Friday.
Zeller was arrested this week on child pornography charges after investigators allegedly found sexually explicit images of young boys on his computer. However, Assistant U.S. Attorney Steve DeBrota says that the charges against Zeller aren't related to the video trickery.
Zeller's was one of four unrelated child pornography cases announced Thursday by U.S. Attorney Joe Hogsett.
One of the men, 41-year-old Fred Herbert English III of Indianapolis, was sentenced Thursday to 12 years in prison for trafficking in child pornography.
