Farrell appears before Las Vegas judge

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (WLFI) - A Benton County murder suspect appeared before a judge Thursday in Las Vegas.
The judge presented the criminal complaint that has been filed against Steven Farrell. Farrell is charged with the November 27 murder of Christine Craig. Craig was shot along a rural road near Otterbein.
Police apprehended Farrell two weeks later in southern Nevada.
The Cark County District Attorney's office said Indiana authorities have 90 days to get a Governor's warrant to force Farrell back to Tippecanoe County. Farrell is fighting extradition.
