LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - A Lafayette man faces four felony charges after an unwanted guest complaint.
According to court documents, Lafayette police were called to a home on Midlex Court last week because a resident wanted Kenneth Eller, 28, to leave and he wouldn't. When officers arrived, they spotted items used to make meth, both in plain view and in Eller's pockets.
They got a search warrant and found a pipe with meth in it.
The resident told detectives she and Eller had lived together for a year and had used Eller's meth.
Prosecutors said Eller later told officers about a backpack in the backyard where they found an active meth lab inside.
