Delivery driver robbed at gunpoint

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - West Lafayette police are investigating an armed robbery involving a delivery driver.

Police said the robbery happened around 11 Monday night at Parkway Apartments and Townhomes at 2501 Soldiers Home Road.

Upon arriving at the apartment complex, a delivery driver was robbed at gunpoint. Police said the person responsible got away with an undisclosed amount of money.

Currently, police don't know if the suspect responsible got away on foot or by vehicle. Police also couldn't tell News 18 which business the delivery driver works for.

The suspect is described as a thin black female around five feet eight inches in height.

News 18 will continue to update this story as soon as more information is available.
