LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - Lafayette police are looking for a suspect who robbed a local convenience store early Monday morning.
Police were called to the Citgo Tower Corners on South Creasy Lane around 1:15 a.m.
Officers said the man was armed with a silver handgun. The suspect is described as a black male. At the time of the robbery, he was wearing all black clothing including gloves and a black ski mask. He is said to be approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds.
The man got away on foot with an undisclosed amount of money. No one was hurt during the robbery.
