WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - All month long, to commemorate Black History Month, News 18 will take an in-depth look at life for African Americans here in our area.
In each installment of our series, we’ll pursue a different cultural topic.
Monday night on News 18 at 6 – tune in to see what Jamie Jackson learned about student life at Purdue.
From ways black students used to feel the effects of segregation, to the first black female Purdue Police Department officer, News 18 will highlight black culture and progress on Purdue’s campus.
