TIPPECANOE COUNTY, Ind. (WLFI) - A Tippecanoe County state park is offering a spring break day camp for kids between the ages of 7 and 11 this March.

The camp, themed “Hands-on History,” will take place at Prophetstown State Park March 26-28.

Activities include educational games, exploration hikes, nature crafts and more. The programs will help kids understand the natural and cultural history of the park.

The camp runs from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. each day. Snacks and drinks will be provided but campers must bring their own lunches. Space is limited, so advance registration is required. The cost is $45 per child and can be paid on the first day of camp.

To register, call 765-567-4919.
